Hello,
I’m dealing with very strange issue. I activated my Cubase 8.5 Pro during Grace Period to Cubase 9 so today I tried to activate it. So I installed recent version of eLicenser software and started maintenance tasks. During that I’ve got that error:
“At least one of the eLicensers used during this process was disabled and cannot be used for any license transactions.
Please contact your software vendor to solve this issue”.
Now my license is colored in grey with text “Steinberg, Transfer Pending”. So I can’t use my Cubase 8.5 or 9. Tried to perform maintenance tasks on two computers with different windows versions and different usb ports. Don’t know what to do now…
Any ideas?
