I have a license for Eucon Pro on my Steinberg eLicenser dongle that I need to remove but cannot since the option to remove the license is grayed out. This Eucon Pro license is causing havoc with my Euphonix System 5 Hybrid console. Is there another way to remove the Eucon Pro license?

I think only certain trial licenses can actually be deleted. The only way to remove it would be to transfer it to another dongle.
But how have you determined that the license is affecting the Euphonix System unit?
