eLicenser issues after upgrading motherboard and CPU

I am having eLicenser issues after upgrading my PC motherboard and CPU.

I’ve already tried running the elicenser as admin and nothing is fixing the issue.

The first 2 images are the error messages when I open Cubase and the 3rd is opening ECC as Admin. When I load up the ECC normally it shows the license in the usb licenser but the soft licenser can’t be repaired.

Any tips would be helpful

Have you followed the explanation from the Support text for reactivating licenses?

I have followed that yes. When I register the Soft-eLicenser it just says No products found on this eLicenser. None of the steps on there seem to help
