Elicenser issues - urgent!

Hi,

I’m afraid the Soft eLicenser is history now that you have migrated the OS. These licenses can no longer be activated due to a significant change within your system which is no longer recognized as the system which was associated with the licenses.

Not all is lost:

  1. Do you have a USB eLicenser as well?
  2. If you log into your MySteinberg account with your associated email adress and password - can you see your licenses? Are they already registered in your account?

If one of these two statements is true then that’s good news.
Before I go through all possible scenarios can you please give us an update regarding these questions?
