When I try to open Wavelab 8.5 and Nuendo 10.2 at the same time i get this message:
soft elicenser doesn’t have enough permission to run this properly. Please run LLC to fix this problem.
The soft elicenser looks good when none of my programs are open but when i have Wavelab and Nuendo open at the same time I get the above message and when I open elicenser the soft elicenser is greyed out with a red mark over it.
When i go to “actions” to try to repair the soft elicencer the “repair soft-elicencer” option is greyed out.
I also get this message when i try to open them both at once:
Application ’ has caused the following error:
An important service has become unresponsive.
Please restart your computer to fix this problem.
Please visit <www.eLicenser.net> to download and install the latest version of the eLicenser Control software in case the problem persists.
Restarting the computer doesn’t help.
I have the latest version of elicenser.
I’ve gone into my elicener and can see that I don’t have any of my authorizations on my soft elicenser.
Is it safe to get rid of the soft elicencer? If so, how can i do it?
