I bought a downloadable version of Cubase Pro 8.5 From Guitar Center. I also bought an Elicenser compatable with Cubase. Cubase installed fine. The activation code shows me all of the programs and features it should be able to license. When I go to choose which Licenser(USB, Soft, My Licenses) to download to, it says they have no license to upgrade, and I m unable to choose any of them. I ve spent two days trying to find out why I can t use this product I paid for. Please help!
It sounds like you bought an upgrade, not a “new” version.
What EXACTLY does the receipt say you purchased?
