Hi! I’m not sure if some one can help me, but I lose a small wallet with my eLicenser on it. I have a spare one that I never use but I dont know how to transfer my licenses to the new one. Please give me an advice, since I have to finish some work!!!

You need to submit a support request explaining the situation. Hope you had it registered at MySteinberg.
Thank you for your help. Finally I get the the e-licenser back (some one show some mercy and returned it). Any way I still think that the process is a little unclear!
