The elision under the text is short. How should I input it in the pop-up window?
When the comma is inserted, it appears short. The letters from e to O before the comma should be marked as elision.

I don’t understand what you are trying to do. A melisma is one syllable on more than one note.
Here, you’ve got two syllables on one note, which is an elision.
The elision is between two adjacent characters. In this case, starting from the comma. Short of using a slur, I’m not sure how this could natively be handled in Dorico.
I use my own custom font of elision characters, personally, but that is not something everyone could create.
This?
Is there a way to solve this without changing the font?
No, but you don’t have to change your text font. You just use Edit Single Lyric to add the elision.
We still don’t know what you’re trying to do. Your picture shows two syllables with an elision slurs between them, as one lyric item in Dorico. Do you want something else, such as an elision slur that sits underneath two letters, rather than in-between them?
We exchanged a few PMs, so I got more details: @k.k wants something like this:
I did it with a slur, but I recommended @k.k to use @dan_kreider’s font instead (which I don’t have, so I can’t help with that).
