The email with DAC to upgrade from Cubase 11 to 12 never arrives.
- I bought during grace period
- I am eligible
- My email is correct in the Steinberg system
- I’ve checked all email folders and spam
- The email simply doesn’t come
- I started 3-4 day ago and nothing.
- I’ve tried to re-send the DAC many times since…still no DAC email
Please advise how to upgrade without DAC email. Surely you must have a Plan B?
