I have an old project file that when opened on my system, loads several instances of Kontakt 4 but with no instruments loaded inside. I’m on a new system now, so it’s possible my libraries are on different drives, but there is no warning dialog from Kontakt or anything, it just loads empty kontakts. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Cubase cannot handle NI Kontakt warnings or messages. It’s up to Kontakt.
In general, I would recommend you to run NI Kontakt as a stand-alone application, and make sure, the Paths to all libraries are correct. Once you can see all libraries in Kontakt, launch Cubase and open the project. Check, if the project loads now.
