Dorico 6 crashes
I can’t reproduce it on my system. Dorico happily saves an empty project replacing an old one.
It’s probably helpful for the developers if you upload a Diagnostic Report here. It’s in the Help menu.
Thanks!
Your diagnostics include a couple of different crashes. One of them is indeed related to project saving, and I think I can see how we can prevent that from occurring in future; I will talk to my colleagues about it.
The other is apparently due to some kind of Metal/drawing problem, which seems to be happening perhaps as a result of a window being resized. Do you have a sense for when that is happening?
Thank you for taking the time.
I certainly widened the window just to know the limit, which led to the crash.
New information! It is not possible to just save an empty project.
