Since today, all my templates in cubase 15 that I try to open (from the hub) are completely empty , in cubase 14 pro still installed it’s ok with the templates … ???
(yes I tried to uninstall , kill the preferences etc … and reinstall completely cubase 15)
And when I go to the folder where they are stored and double-clic on 1 it opens well … I don’t understand there is a kind of bug in the hub I think
Make sure the hub is not set up to show only factory templates.
the same for me … what to do???
I see not only factory presets a,nd the location setting is OK but still all template are empty !!! 
Yeah Keeps happening to me in Cubase15 pro. I create a custom template, then use it for a while then it goes away in the hub… I can then find it in my “AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase 15_64\Project Templates” again and reload then will show in hub then go away again, seemingly random at times. This is a super annoying bug I think. Steinberg please help. If you need me to post the Template file happy to if helps troubleshooting.
I just tried to uninstalled cubase pro 15.0.6 and re-installed.
Same issue, it seems like the default folder for Project Template is not taken in account.
So I tried to add the good folder : /user/Appdata/roaming/Steinberg/cubase_15_x64/Propject Template/ in the hub like suggested above by someone, now I can see all my templates but impossible to open one ‘double-clic’ or ‘open’ are inactive … 
And it seems like with 15.0.6 the hub default folder is different (maybe the source of the issue …) C:\Programs Files\Steinberg/Cubase Pro/ Project templates/
I just tried to copy all my templete here but the issue is still there => empty project by the button ‘create’ in the hub from this template location …
