I have a project where after saving, closing, and re-launching, enabled plug-ins are unabled, and I have to manually re-enable them again. Happens every time., but only for this project (previous projects seem to be fine). Working in Cubase Pro 11, Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7.

Could you try to Backup the project and open the backup one, please? Is it the same?
I figured out the problem: third party plug-in is causing system instability.
