Continuing the discussion from No Count-In:
Hi friends I am wondering is it possible to enable a one or two bar count in while play back in dorico 5 (Only count in to start at the very first beat for practicing purpose and no further click) without adding a new staff and two bars at the begining ?.
If it is for one’s personal use, it takes just a moment to add in a count-off.
Derrek, will you kindly share your method to add count-in bars? I need a flow without a count-in for the published music, so I duplicate that flow, open up the duplicate, add a percussion instrument in Setup, add a count-in bar or two, then Write the count-in notes and hide the subsequent empty bars. Takes me more than a moment.
Thank you for your response. I am know the method you specified. I was wondering if there is am option in the play back to have a count in click like in cubase for recording. In cubase the click will continue but I need the count in click only. That is what I mean. Till now I am using your method.
