Engrave mode - moving music from p 2 to p 1 of the score

I’ve attached the score I’m working on not so you can do the work for me, but to illustrate my dilemma and help with the answer.
I’ve watched the video playlist on Engrave mode from the Dorico YT channel, but I can’t discern from it how to deal with my problem.
I have a score where only one system shows up on p. 1. I’d like to make room for a second system on that page, move the system from top of p. 2 to the bottom of p. 1. Once that is achieved, I can move the system from p. 3 to p. 2, thus having 4 systems over 2 pages - systems 1 & 2 on page 1, and systems 3 & 4 on page 2.
The goal here is to have only 2 pages that can be opened facing each other when printed. I won’t be extracting parts for this, because the flute choir director has requested all parts on the same page so players can swap parts without having to swap individual parts around.
I hope this makes sense. I’ll attend to your replies as they come in.
As always, thank you for your kind help!

try these: lower the rastral size one click to 1.65mm (Layout options) - remove all page overrides (Engrave mode) - change the Inter-system gap to 8 (Layout options)

That is just about right! Thanks for editing your solution to direct me to the correct areas (Layout, Engrave, etc.). That was very helpful.
Now, if it’s not being too picky and for the sake of continued learning, there is a large gap between the systems on the second page. How would one change that spacing? (between systems 3 & 4). I’m attaching the edited file for illustration.

Layout options>Vertical spacing>Vertical justification

try these settings: 0 (in the top box) 100 in the bottom
