It would be nice that if for every option that uses a numeric values, the default number appeared somewhere near that option, as a reference. Because “reset to factory” would change every setting of that category.
Also, for certain engraving editions, like beam slants, separations, widths, and stems lengths, once manually set, there could be a “learn” button that would apply those changes to the engraving options.
The Library Manager is a powerful tool that can help you compare your current settings to the factory default.
And once you have the options set the way you want them, you can click the “Save as Default” button, and they’ll be applied to any new project that you start with File > New.
You can also use the Library Manager to transfer settings from one project to another, or from an exported library file into a project.
