Hello!
According to Behind Bars, Elaine Gould, page 437 one should add a cue-sized note that together with its accidental is written inside parenthesis.
How is this done?

Enter that note as a grace note and, in Engrave mode, hide the stem. Add the parentheses manually using the text tool, then turn off collision avoidance and drag them into position.
The current solution for parentheses is admittedly not great, which the team has already acknowledged. They’re working on a completely native solution.
