Enter Download Access Code: kein AC

Hello everyone.

Recently purchased Cubase 10 from an outside Vendor.

When I access the Download page and enter my Enter Download Access Code I get the following message.

kein AC

Does anyone knows what this means?

Already discussed here on the forum. It was an error on Steinberg server. Now it should work again.
