The Envelope template tooltip does not respond.
To create the bug go to the macro creator, navigate to the special folder in the macro resource/library browser and select the “Envelope” template. Put the template into your macro page. If you hover your mouse over the envelope editor it will say “Envelope Editor View”. If you write a new tooltip nothing happens. If you edit the template and write a new tooltip nothing happens. It never changes from “Envelope Editor View”. Below is a link I’ve created showing how to create the bug in detail.
