"Erase background behind time signatures" behaves differently in page and gallery views

Hi Dorico team,

I have horizontal lines on my stave which clash with the time signatures. So, I activated the “erase background behind time signatures” function, and it works exactly as I want in Gallery view, but not in the Page view…?
I think it’s a matter of order of layers. Is it possible to “send” the lines to background layer like I do in graphic editing software? I’m using Dorico Pro 4.2

No, I’m afraid it’s not possible to manually influence the z-order for drawing at the moment. This is something that we plan to address in a future version, but I’m afraid I can’t say exactly when it will be.
