Error after installing Cubase LE 10.5

Hello Cubase Forum -
Install of 10.5 finishes normally, but upon trying to open, error reads: “System Error - The Code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME 140_1.dll was not found…” Is there a way to iron out “Redistributable” files to get rid of these errors? My laptop runs the programs without popups like these, but not PC.
Due to HD space issues, I installed Cubase LE 10.5 from “D” drive, not “C”. I’m not sure if that was an issue? Thanks for any tips that can be offered. Reinstall did not work. Thanks so much! Prof

Installation to other but the system C drive is not supported.

Try to install Cubase as administrator, please.
