Error " could not record file"

I get the error " could not record file" when lm importing samples and switch from different audiotracks in my project. Anyone who knows how i can solve this?

Hi,

Once you select another track, the Record becomes enabled by default (you can disable this in the Preferences). Cubase creates (or in this case tries to create) the temp audio file, to be able to capture the pre-record signal.

But it seems, you have no permissions to write to the folder, where is your project located (or the Audio sub-folder).

Please, double-check the permissions. Where do you store your project(s), please?
