Hi,
I’m trying to connect my Zoom R24 multitrack recorder to Cubase LE 10.5 (which was given with the Zoom) and I’m getting this error message:
“Error message: NonSupport OS. Cannot initialize driver.” when I go the Studio setup / VST Audio system and trying to switch the Audio System to my recorder which is listed there in the dropdown menu.
-I have installed the latest driver for the Zoom R24.
-I have updated its latest firmware.
-It is connected via USB and a red light is lit next to the USB port on the Zoom. (should it be green?)
-I have Windows 10 - 64 bits.
So I really don’t know what to do at this point… Any idea? Thanks in advance!
