Error Message VST Connect SE will Expire

Hello,

I have from today on Cubase 9 Artist this error message and my cubase doesn’t rebonds after :

Error Message VST Connect SE will Expire in 4 hours ? :ugeek:

After that i can’t make anithing.

I have made a maintenance réparation on Elicenser but not better.

Is there anyone have an solution please.

See if you can find VST connect se.dll in the component folder of Cubase ( in program files/steinberg/cubase 9/ components). rename the .dll part to .dl or.dlldisabled and see if that helps.

Thnak’s Vinard for your respond but i’m on Mac and no dll in Mac system :wink:

Wich procédure in mac system ?

I am not sure were the program folder is on mac, but I do know the component folder is also there in the cubase folder. Just remove the vst connect se thingy and keep it somewhere for when needed or rename it.

Should be something like Mac HD / Applications / Steinberg/cubase 9/components

I have found the file and rename it, but it’s not running, i have the error but nw sometimes, i can click OK and the message close and i can work but the message comes often.

The Steinberg Support dons’t mac some responds at this time, i don’t know with time on ticket they have ?

Hi, I’m experiencing the same problem - were you able to fix it?

Same problem on Win10…
It started today after 5 months of use.
How it is possible to send a ticket to steinberg? I am always run the same circles on mysteinberg with a common point: Distributors.
Distributors where everything starts and ends without real help from steinberg.

Got same message today… c7.5

it worked fine til today. after connecting to my partner SYNC on PERFORMER stayed red, no sound.

Did Steinberg changed something?
