Error message when starting up Download assistant

Can someone in here please help me, I have a major issue in getting access to all my products through Download Assistant, it has worked before but now I’ll get this error message “Error Invoking method” and then “Failed to launch JVM”. I have created a support ticket 3 weeks ago, written several reminders to Steinberg Support on the ticket and even created a new ticket 4 days ago, and all i get is complete silence, and absolutely no support.
