Error message

DCOM connection to program ‘Synsopos.exe’ failed.
Error:The RPC server is unavailable.

Any idea what this means? Dorico won’t save. I have the iLok in and it shows up in the Steinberg management app.

Did you try looking this up in the support pages on the Steinberg web site?

Unfortunately this problem does affect some Windows users from time to time. The eLicenser team are looking into it. I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I didn’t find that, but did follow the same instructions from another site. Force quit and restart has fixed it.

I had a pdf if it (regular habit…). I really appreciate you and the team helping with these things.
