When I try to open ‘Cubase 14 Demo Project - Martin Wiese’, I am getting errors related to Halion Sonic 7 (see attachment links).
I do not get any error when opening Austin Hull project. I have tried to go through help articles but nothing works and/or makes sense at this point. Thanks for any help.
The error means that some Halion Sound libraries that are needed for this project are not installed. Sadly, the demo project contains not readme on what exactly is needed (sometimes they write it in the project Nodepad, but not here…)
There is one hint though:
this indicates that the patch is from the Iconica Sketch library, which can be installed from the Steinberg Download Manager (My Products→Cubase 15 Pro → Virtual Instruments and Libraries).
Hey, thanks a lot! The Download assistant indicated Iconica Sketch was installed, but I installed it again and the issues are resolved. I’m going through and auditing the libraries to see if other libraries need to be reinstalled again. I am also moving everything to one common location after seeing different directories containing .vstsound files.
