I created a montage of three 24/96 files I recorded from a concert. The audio time is about 2 hours and 5 minutes. I insert my markers, and then have it checked in WL, and it says the disk is ready to burn. Then I try to burn it, and says operation failed immediately. I can’t burn a disk or an image, but there is no explanation for the error. It shouldn’t be the time of the disk, but I’m wondering if maybe it’s causing some problem. Any ideas?
A CD must be at a sample rate of 44.1kHz by definition, and the maximum length using normal blanks is 80min (you can can get special 90min or 99min blanks, but not too easily).
If WL is saying the disk is OK, perhaps you have got the montage in DVD mode?
