Not getting any sound from the standalone etude app or when I insert it as a instrument in cubasis

Thanks for your message.
Please delete both versions of Etude: the standalone app and the plug-in.
After that, download the latest Etude standalone version from the App Store. Once it’s installed, launch the standalone app and tap the Content Download button to download the required content.
When that’s done, please check whether Etude produces sound when you play the built-in on-screen keyboard.
If it does, the next step is to launch Cubasis, open the in-app store, and download the Etude plug-in version by tapping the corresponding download button.
