So each unit works really nicely individually but after looking for fixes for syncing the 2 units…cant see any working solution although its working fine on PT?

- Using avid control channel mode on iPad, open inset fx 1 so you are on the parameter page. That works and opens the plugin in cubase, moving a knob on the iPad moves the knob onscreen
- Now look at the artist mix, are you saying it has has mirrored the channel mode eon the mix and the 8 knobs are showing the current parameter and use can use the hardware knob to edit in the same way?
I uninstalled 2025.10 latest drivers as the sync bug was introduced there and it crashed bsod in the middle of it and completely destroyed my multi boot windows install and my last back up was months ago. I did a restore point before stuffing round with avid but it trashed that as well.
Anyway, would be great if uoi could confirm. Cheers

Ahh… I see…. I thought you meant the Avid Artist Control hardware as opposed to the Control app. Unfortunately I don’t use the Control app so I can’t reproduce the scenario. Sorry for the confusion. Hopefully someone here can repro your experience.

Avid control really puts it all together. Artist control (hardware) is on the way but too big and fragments the workspace. The combo of the tablet and the control surface of the artist mix, then adding just a knob control with the tablet really works well but the lack of sync is annoying
