I have a fresh installation of Windows 10 Pro x64 and a fresh version of Cubase Pro 8.5.15. I want to Eucon from devices but when I hit the “+” key and select Eucon I get this error. See attachment. Has anyone else seen this issue. I have a ticket in with Steinberg but they said to uninstall the Eucon Adapter and reinstall Cubase which I have done but I still get the same error.

Re-installed Cubase 8.5.15 PRO recently, Installed EuControl 3.4 (which is the actual version on AVID download page)
