Event Editor in Elements 8

Hi,

I used to use Cubase many years ago and have returned to it again. I have recently bought Elements 8 and have been looking for the event editor and how I can insert midi program changes etc. Can this be done on this version and if not, what version do I need to upgrade to?
I know this sounds like a really basic question but I would appreciate any help

The midi List Editor is in Artist and Pro versions.
