Every second Midi note

Hi,

Why in hell’s name can we not do this via the Logical Editor (or any ‘ Function ‘ related to midi editing)? 2026… Steinberg.

Whether eighth, sixteenth, thirty-second…grid, shifted or otherwise…whatever… EVERY SECOND NOTE SELECTION!

I will not insult the community’s (nor team Steinberg’s) intelligence as to why this might be useful. I will, however insult - stop effing around with ’ new ’ features and do please bring basic, functioning, musical-math, sane useability and stability to the fore.

Sequentially yours..

Here you go- feature has been in Cubase for many, many years.
This is for what you asked for in your text, which is different from the screen grab you provided.

Thanks Steve.

No, what I am asking for is as per screenshot I provided. ie, multiple midi notes (as with a chord). Here’s me thinking I was being clear..
I’m aware of the single note of midi ESN selection preset. Too clunky for use with chords.
Cheers
