Every Friday I come to the forums to see what’s new in VST Live 2. I keep hoping this is the day that we get sidechains on MIDI for vocoders and other audio input instruments. It was hinted at early on, but is obviously lower on the global priority list. I love the fact that so many facets of this program keep moving forward. The development is spectacular and more aggressive than I have seen from most other software companies. I keep thinking “today” is the day the sidechain shows up like a Red Rider BB Gun on Christmas morning.
But in case it’s not jet the day for sidechain, you can still enjoy lot’s of improvements, tweaks and features ![]()
Would like to second that - support and continuous improvement is highly appreciated!
… @Carl0828, yes, I’ll (try) to push it back to the top.
Thank you all for the flowers, have a nice weekend,
Michael.
You seem like you might know how to get Cubase to play out of anything other than my laptop even though all other Audio is easily playing through my Sony and Uber? Also, do I really have to download ASIO4ALL like I had to back in 9.5? What was that 2014? And the list of available devices is changing? I have screenshots but until I respond to 28 more posts I can’t even add screenshots in responses to posts that have zero views or responses due to how high the bar is. Is Cubase trying to agitate me?
Wrong forum, this is VST Live.
I most certainly do! I especially like the developments I didn’t know I wanted until I saw it and realized how it can improve my workflow.
