i am guessing:
because the audio events were not bounced— (the events might have extra data outside of the visible range of the event because you grabbed the edges and shortened the event )
i dont want to get into cubase audiofile handling again because i have posted about this too many times…
try to bounce the events before changing modes…
→ it would also be nice that when one toggles the switch, the audio would return to its initial “before toggle” state…
