Beat is 3+3+2/8, but to avoid full bar notes to be cluttered by dividing, I would like to exclude them for this treatment.
One solution is to insert a per-instrument beat, to 4/4 but then I miss the beat marking in the slash notes …
You can use Force Duration to input whatever values you want, regardless of your other settings.

And just a reminder, in D4.3 you can keep force duration on all the time in preferences.
