Does anyone know if there’s a way to exclusively monitor a MIDI track of choice?
I have lots of tracks in my project and keep hearing multiple sounds being activated because the tracks are all on monitor, then I have to find each one to turn it off.
It looks like you have to adjust Preferences > VST > Auto Monitoring to something else it is set to now. I usually have it set to ‘Tapemachine Style’. It will then only have the selected track set to monitor enabled during stop and recording but not wile playing.
In combination with Editing Preferences > Project & MixConsole > Enable Record on Selected MIDI Track only the selected track will be record enabled and monitored.
