Anybody having any luck using exFat formatted drives?
I crashes N55 every time for me when trying to save a project …
I’m still running XP pro - maybe thats the problem …

I have only used it for transfer of files between macs that don’t have a ntfs program to write to ntfs drives. Never tried running sessions off it though. I don’t know why you would be on fat with XP. You should be able to format the drive to ntfs or get a second drive formatted as ntfs and copy the files to it.
Yes I’m trying to work cross platform between mac and PC workstations and I have video files that exceed 4gb …
Just curious if anybody is working with exFat formatted drives … Also wondering if it might be fine in Win 7 …

I also run on both platforms & formatted my drive as Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
