This is needed for when working in Folder Group Edit mode and other circumstances, where maybe some muted events are being kept for potential future need and need to be edited together with other events. Because everything being selected when Folder Group Edit mode enabled, muting and unmuting causes other events to unintendedly become unmuted.
This could also be useful when comping.
There are probably some other event states that could included in Lock Event Attributes, instead of just ‘other’
