Expanded areas of alignment

I searched and did not see this posted already.

It would be nice if there was a generic alignment tool.

I would to be able to select all of the tuplets, and have them align perfectly with each other.

It would be nice if this extended to other things as well.

I expect you would be able to achieve a better result even in the absence of an alignment tool if you either widen the note spacing slightly or adjust some of the Engraving Options for tuplet bracket placement.
