Expired HSO Trial in C6 - How to disable?

Hi, my trial for HSO has expired and for the time being I am not looking to upgrade to it.

Now every time I open Cubase using HSSE I get a couple of warning dialogue boxes HSO cannot be found etc (which is quite annoying), is there a way to disable or remove it? (Although if preferable I’d like to keep it in there in case I do decide to upgrade at a later date).

Basically, I am saving my pennies for a full version of the Grand 3, so also how do you go about removing the Grand 3 SE?

once removed will I have forfeited the offer to upgrade to HSO 16bit?
