When I explode the notes into the lower staff, the phenomenon marked in green occurs. How can I fix this problem?
What is your problem?
An orange note appears in the green-marked section. Since I’m separating them downward, there should only be one note left on each staff.
Clearly you had the upper staff selected when you chose to explode.
(But why were you using “explode”? This looks like a simple copy or paste)
Then, which shortcut key should I use to move a specific note from a chord to the lower staff?

Wasn’t that AltM?
M is displacing a note to a lower staff of the same instrument (using grand staff), while keeping it actually part of the upper-staff voices.

AltM is for moving to staff below
AltN is for moving to staff above

When I paste a note, the rest in the following bar disappears. Why is that? How should I fix it?
Hard to tell without the file, but first thought: maybe the note you copied has a property ‘Ends Voice’? Check in the properties panel on the bottom.
