Export a whole track in parts

Hi, I’m currently working on a new concept album and have some really long tracks where the parts fade in to eachother. Is there a way to export the whole track in parts by adding markers or something
like that. In my opinion one should listen to the track as a whole but I understand that people may want to skip to their favorite parts without forwarding.

I am currently using 10.5 but will upgrade to 11 soon.

You’d probably need to break your long audio file into separate files, since that’s how audio players skip back and forth.
