Export audio unexpected error

I just upgrade from Cubase 10.5 to Cubase 13. (yesterday Sep 18 2024) Version 13.0.41
I work with this DAW since Cubase 4.5

Everything is ready to export… .wav or .mp3… Unexpected error message and nothing happens.

The Software works ok. The project run perfect from left to right points. But I can’t export.

iMac i5, 3ghz, 6 core, 16 gb ram, Sonoma14.5. Apollo Twin duo Thunderbolt and Satellite.

Anyone with the same issue?
Anyone knows how to fix that?

It would probably help if you gave us the exact message error content or, even better, a screenshot of it.

Hi… this is the message. Very simple… not explanation at all.

well… worst than that.

I saved the document in cubase 13 and re opened with cubase 10.5… to try to export and works…!!! so the trouble or bug is in cubase 13.

Any ideas…?

(for the moment i will work in a hybrid mode… edit and change in CB13 and export only in CB10.5)

have you tried again to export with C13 after having relaunched it in safe mode (with the Disable program preferences option) ?
