You’ll need to switch to a different playback template that makes less use of MIDI controllers. For example, you could try switching to the HSSE (SE) playback template, then export your MIDI file. If you have made a lot of tweaks to playback data that you want to preserve generally but not have included in the MIDI file, make a copy of your project before you change the playback template, then discard it once you have exported the MIDI file.
