When i’m exporting the audio mix in Cubase 11 Pro which bit rate should i choose if the project will then be mastered in Wavelab ?
Also if i export in 24 bit should i have a dither plug in on the msater bus out ?

If the exported WAV file is going to be mastered, I would keep the same bit rate, the project is. The mastering engineer knows, what to do and how to do it properly.
In this case you don’t need the dither plug-in at all.
