export mixdown is slow

Hello.
Im Frank, Im new here!
I use cubase 10 elements trail version. When I try to export mixdown, my song tempo is slow I dont now what’s happening.
Can anyone help me please?

Hi,

Do you mean when you playback the exported audio file afterwards the song is played back slower? And maybe event in a different pitch? If yes, double-check the Audio Device Sample Rate and your audio file player Sample Rate, please.

Hi Martin,

Yes, that is what I mean. But I don’t know how to check the sample rate. I’m using the "Generic Low Latency ASIO driver .

I have installed Asio4all. When using this driver the issue is solved !!
