Progress bar does not move. Bug?

Not all are affected to the same degree.
The only export Mixdown Issue I’ve had, apart from one involving some misbehaving plug-ins – not a Cubase issue, is that once in a while, if I select “Overwrite” the Mixdown does not proceed. Nothing happens. The dialogue goes away. This is an inconsistent error. If I give the Export a new name, the Export always works.
Never seen a stuck progress bar expect for the one time a project had some buggy Plug-ins loaded that were causing the export to hang.
