Export mixdown sounds not like in project

I am exporting my file to Wave and in the project everything sounds full and great
After export when I am listening to it on media player all the depth is gone sound terrible
Its probably something simple but I tried many things
Any suggestions are appreciated

do you use control room? How do you monitor sound from cubase?

how exactly (settings) do you export?

I have a similar problem. If I change the VST Sounds in the project and export an audio file, the sound in the mp3 hasn’t changed. I have to save the project with another name, then it works. This is quite uncomfortable.
