I would like that both the dynamics and the accents to be transferred, when exporting from Dorico to Cubase.
What would be the preferred file format? MIDI or musicXML?

Music XML provides much more data in export.

Actually, I’d suggest exporting MIDI if you’re concerned with retaining the full playback data you are hearing when you play back in Dorico. MusicXML (as exported by Dorico, at any rate) doesn’t include any playback data, so although it will include the notated accents and dynamics, there will be no specific playback instruction associated with them.
